Steve Chader has been a leader in the Arizona real estate industry for over 35 years. Chader is the owner of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty, one of REAL Trends top 300 real estate companies in the U.S. He is also owns TCT Property Management Services, managing 550 single family homes and more than 50 commercial properties.

He has been recognized as a “Top 1% Realtor®” in the United States. The Phoenix Business Journal’ recognized Steve with the Residential Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award. The Southeast Valley Regional Association awarded him “Realtor® of the Year”. His sales volume has been as high as $42 million with approximately 250 transactions per year.

Steve has a passion for adding value to others and believes continual training is the difference in being good or being great. He is an international faculty member for Keller Williams University, is certified as a Fierce Conversations Facilitator, and is a founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team. Chader is a contributor to both the “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent”, and “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” books and now the co-author of the national bestselling book “HOLD” How to Find, Buy and Rent Houses for Wealth.

Chader served several terms as Chair of the Professional Standards Committee for SEVRAR and a six-year term on the Town of Gilbert Council. He is a father of 2 and a grandfather of 3 active boys. He enjoys playing the bass guitar with both his church and 6-foot-6 classic rock band.

Jennifer Boultinghouse began her career in real estate in 2001 as a transaction coordinator, before obtaining her license in Washington state in early 2002. Jennifer worked on a highly productive team as a buyers agent and in early 2006 obtained her Oregon broker’s license as well. Even while managing a high volume of business, she consistenly strives to exceed expectations at all times. And, this offers her a very high referral rate from her clients.

Jennifer has a background in Environmental and Civil Engineering which she obtained while working with her father for several years. This knowledge helped to guide her in obtaining development property for her clients and seeing the project through from inception to completion. 

After many successful years of real estate in the Pacific Northwest, Jennifer and her family decided to seek out the sunshine in Arizona!  After arriving in Arizona, Jennifer joined The Chader Team at Keller Williams Integrity First in East Mesa as the Lead Buyer’s Agent. Jennifer specializes in the East Valley and focuses her attention on buyers.

Jennifer’s interests also include fashion, design/decorating, and spending time with her family and their horses.

Sheila Bueche has been a licensed Realtor for over 12 yrs. She began her real estate career in Olympia, WA, working with both buyers and sellers and specializing in residential Short Sale, Foreclosure, New Construction and Traditional real estate. After spending 10 years helping clients buy and sell homes, Sheila and her husband decided to move to Arizona in 2008. She jumped into the REO/foreclosure and short sales of the Arizona Real Estate market and was successful in closing many properties with her clients.

Sheila has her CSP (New Home Sales Professional) designation as well as her CLME (Certified Local Market Expert) designation. Sheila is invaluable to The Chader Team, working as our Transaction/Listing Manager, where she specializes in a high level of customer care.

Sheila is married with one son and enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, kayaking, wine tasting, cooking and spending time with her friends.
